Bill Jordan - NOC team leader

Bill Jordan has been awarded his A+ certification. Schoollink congratulates Bill on his achievement. Bill has been with the Schoollink Support Team since November 2002, and was recently selected as Network Operations Center team leader. Bill has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. His efforts in customer support have improved the efficiency of the department and strengthened the premium service model that continues to be a benchmark of Schoollink's success.
