| Angel Carter has been awarded her Certification for Cisco Wireless LAN Account Manager and the Cisco Sales Expert. These certifications, along with the other Cisco Certifications held by other Schoollink team members elevates Schoollink to Cisco Premier Status. This gives Schoollink additional marketing leverage with Cisco products and support. Angel Carter has been employed by Schoollink since October 1999. Prior to receiving her certifications, Ms. Carter served as Team Leader for Schoollink Support Services and Education. Angel will now serve as Technical Department Team Leader for Schoollink. Her previous certification was in 2001 when she was awarded the "Help Desk Manager" certification. Through her diligent efforts, Schoollink customer service has reached new levels of accomplishment and efficiency.
