At the conclusion of the training, participants will be able to relate research foundations of this program to program components and design an effective plan for implementation based on assessment results. The first half day session will cover the program research, placement testing, program components, and implementation models. The second part of the training will explore the lessons, hands-on activities and technology components. Participants are required to bring with them at least one teacher’s manual from Number Worlds and the Assessment book. If possible, participants should also bring a completed Number Worlds test and a Number Knowledge test. Follow-up support via coaching and classroom visits will be available from the trainers.
