Schoollink Recognized for Innovation by Interactive Intelligence

Schoollink, a Fayetteville-based company, was honored at the Interactive Intelligence Global Partner Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana for excellence and innovation. Schoollink is currently heading a team that is combining web-based interfaces, Cisco AVVID telephony, and an Interactive Intelligence IC Server in the Public Schools of Robeson County. This is the first installation of its type anywhere in the world. This Schoollink project includes 44 Robeson County K-12 schools, 1000 IP-based phones, 90 routers, 1600 100mbps switches, and 44 1-gigabit switches.

Ultimately, we awarded Schoollink with this honor due to their incredibly unique Robeson County School District implementation. Schoollink's implementation of a fully integrated IP telephony solution from Cisco and our Interaction Center platform illustrated enormous innovation. We're delighted to give them the Vision Award for a solution designed to enhance communications across an entire educational community."
