Molly Arnold, CFO

Molly Arnold is Schoollink’s CFO.  Every company has one strong individual who becomes the hub of the business machine and all other elements become the spokes that radiate out from that hub. 

At one point in her business career, Molly hired Erik Wells to service equipment for the corporation she worked for.  Over many years of reliable association with Erik, the choice to join the Schoollink team was an easy one to make.

Molly oversees the administrative staff, serves as the Human Relations Director, and works closely with Erik Wells, Gavin Guttersen and Wendell Troy in policy development and implementation. 

When Schoollink moved into it’s present location there was a tremendous amount of growth in an extremely short period of time.  Molly held  that growth in balance, initiated cost control measures to insure that the expansion did not accelerate beyond the revenue stream and developed accountability procedures for the staff.

Through her cool sense of logic and analytical skills, Molly is key in most of the major decisions made by management and team leaders.  Her vision and close working relationship with the three partners continues to prove invaluable in Schoollink’s growth.

Her flamboyant sense of color influences much of the Schoollink interior decoration along with her eclectic and exciting office.  This flamboyance is also found in  a coffee shop that she, her husband and daughter own and operate.  Rude Awakening coffee shop is an explosion of color and an extremely impressive collection of rock and roll memorabilia.
If coffee won’t do, White Trash and colorful accessories, an eclectic boutique, is a unique shop.

When Molly isn’t multi-tasking at Schoollink, working tirelessly on the revitalization of historic downtown, or trying to get a few hours sleep, she is probably shopping.  If there were a recognized degree in shopping, Molly’s would be a masters.
