Topsail High School Top 10 Celebration
Dr. Henry Johnson, Assistant State Superintendent, presented Hugh McManus, student council representatives and others an ABC's Top Ten Achievement banner on Friday, September 3, 1999.
School board members (Donnie Brown, Kenneth Lanier and Tom Roper), county commissioner (Carolyn Justice), and school superintendent (Dr. Marc Sosne) were present.
Subway Restaurant prepared and served the students, staff, and guests a 250-foot subway sandwich for lunch.
